Anthony Grieveson

BIM Architect

Anthony Grieveson

Anthony joined Theatreplan recently as a BIM architect, after gaining substantial experience at two London architectural practices, working on commercial projects at The Shard, throughout Covent Garden and in Malta, and the regeneration of the Creative Quarter in Folkstone. He also worked on the plans for establishing a museum at the hall once owned by the Arctic explorer John Rae in Orkney.

Anthony graduated in Architecture from Liverpool University, where he also later took his Masters degree, spending six months in Dessau, Germany. His dissertation focused on auditorium acoustics and included research on materials used throughout history within concert hall settings.

For Theatreplan Anthony is currently marrying the functional, technical aspects in BIM within the context of the wider architectural approach and developing the company's Revit framework strategy. He has also been focusing on a number of venue feasibility studies since starting with the company.

Anthony is also an exhibiting artist, working in sculpture and printmaking. He also gained valuable experience in technical theatre whilst working in school and amateur companies.
