Mediterranean Conference Centre, Valetta

Theatreplan was commissioned in conjunction with Paul Gillieron Acoustics to carry out a feasibility study into proposed improvements to the Mediterranean Conference Centre in 2009.

The study included a review of the venue, benchmarking studies and a review of increasing capacity of the Republic Hall without impacting on comfort or sightlines. Theatreplan also reported on strategic engineering and technical options to meet the aspirations of the client, and outlined costs of solutions to provide a basis for future funding applications.
